Wolf is the cooking side of the Sub-Zero Group: dual-fuel and gas ranges, wall ovens, steam and speed ovens, gas rangetops, gas, electric and induction cooktops, warming drawers and ventilation hoods. Best Pro repairs Wolf appliances in homes across Colorado Springs and the surrounding area.
Wolf ranges and rangetops
- Igniters keep clicking. Wolf’s sealed burners spark through a shared module, so moisture in one burner or a faulty switch behind one knob can set them all clicking. If they keep clicking once the burners are fully dry, the switch or the spark module needs replacing.
- Burner won’t light or the flame is uneven. A misaligned burner cap, clogged ports or a cracked igniter. Wolf dual-stacked burners have an upper and a lower flame ring, and each one can fail on its own.
- Gas oven slow to heat. A weakening oven igniter takes longer and longer to open the gas valve, until the oven stops lighting.
Wolf wall ovens and dual-fuel ovens
Wolf electric ovens (including the oven in a dual-fuel range) fail in the usual places: bake and broil elements, convection fan motors, temperature sensors, door locks and control boards. Heavy doors wear their hinges, and a door that doesn’t close tight leaks heat. More on oven failures on our oven repair page.
Wolf steam and speed ovens
Steam ovens add a water reservoir, a pump and a steam generator, which collect scale over time. Skipping the descaling cycle leads to water errors, weak steam and eventually a failed pump or generator. If your steam oven keeps asking to be descaled or shows a water error even after descaling, call us. Speed ovens combine a convection oven and a microwave, so they also have the parts covered on our microwave repair page.
Warming drawers and cooktops
Warming drawers usually fail at the heating element, the thermostat or the drawer slides. For Wolf induction and electric cooktops, see cooktop repair.
Wolf doesn’t make refrigerators or dishwashers: the matching ones are Sub-Zero and Cove. See Sub-Zero appliance repair and Cove dishwasher repair. You get the price after the diagnostic, before any work starts — see our prices page.
